Signing up to join the National FOP Retirement Health Savings plan is easy. Just follow these three steps:

1. Contact ICMA-RC to request implementation materials at 1-866-747·NFOP
2. Complete the Participation Agreement and the Implementation Data Form, and return both to

3. Arrange with your employer(s) to establish the contribution process. ICMA-RC will provide materials for this process.
